    We have adopted new security requirements for passwords: they now require a seven-character length and must include at least one numeric and one alphabetic character. If your current password does not meet these requirements, you will be prompted during logon to use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password to one that meets these new security requirements and an email will be sent. If you experience any difficulties, please call (800) 544-7447 and ask for Membership.

Already a Member?

To access member only content on our website, you must logon.  Sign in with your NCPA username and password to the left.  If this is the first time you have logged into the NCPA website, your username is your member ID.  Your password is the password included in your email when you joined or the password you chose yourself when you joined.  

Forgot username or password?

If you do not remember the email address you provided or your password, please click the "Forgot Username?" or the "Forgot Password?" links to the left.  You will receive an email from info@ncpanet.org to the email address that NCPA has on file that will give your username or allow you to reset your password.  If you do not receive this email in a few minutes, please be sure to check your spam or junk email folders.  

New Security Requirements for Passwords

NCPA has adopted new security requirements for passwords which include the following password requirements: 

- Seven characters minimum length
- And at least one numeric character
- And at least one alphabetic character
